Coming back to say thanks. Been doing construction for 35 years and thought I was going to have to retire early because I couldn't grip my tools anymore. Used this for 2 months now and while I'm not 21 again, I can work a full day without my hands seizing up. For anyone reading this - stick with it past the first week. Didn't feel like much was happening at first but by day 10 I noticed a huge difference. The lights and counter really do help you stay consistent.

Never write reviews but thought I should since I'm back here months later. 55, work in IT, hands were killing me after long days coding. Was taking ibuprofen like candy. Been using this thing while watching TV at night - really does work if you stick with it. Hands feel 10 years younger. 👍 Props to Dr. Evans for sharing this.

I remember reading this article back in September when I was at my wit's end with hand pain from years of data entry. I was skeptical (especially about the price - kept thinking there had to be a catch), but I'd already spent way more on braces and creams that did nothing. Best decision I made last year. The first week I barely hit 2000 RPM and thought I was doing something wrong. By week 3 I was at 7500 and could type for more than 20 minutes without having to stop. Just saw this article again and had to comment - I'm still using it every morning while I have my coffee. Down to zero pain meds.

Hey... This little ball is fantastico! My hands were constantly aching and stiff. This gadget has taken care of that. This past year I've had awful joint pain from arthritis, plus carpal tunnel flare-ups that made everything from texting to holding coffee cups a nightmare. The TorqueBall works awesome while I'm just sitting watching TV. My grip feels so much better each morning. Hopefully it will help you too!

Just got our TorqueBalls in the mail! I bought one for my wife too. It's surprisingly relaxing on my hands - not what I expected from an exercise gadget! I've noticed I don't need to use it every day because just a few times a week keeps my hands feeling strong and flexible.

Should have bought it sooner - exactly what I needed for my arthritic hands. Honestly, I can open jars and write my grandkids' birthday cards with barely any pain now. I've only used the TorqueBall for a few days and my hands feel better than they have in years! Haven't dropped my phone once this week!!!

Yes, I purchased this TorqueBall for my mom. she has to be really careful with her hands. This thing just straight up works. Plus, I love that she can use while relaxing at home watching her shows. Her hands don't shake when she's pouring her coffee anymore! 😏😊

Perfect little workout - it's not bulky, so you can take it anywhere, cheaper than those fancy grip strengtheners, does what it says. You'll love how it spins in your palm. Feels natural with all the different ways to use it.

I was a skeptic... Bought one and was positively surprised. This is worth it. I recently had carpal tunnel surgery (last year) and afterward, my hand was still giving me grief from the nerve issues. But this helped me out a lot. My hand's so much better now. Thank you to the company who made this.
